On the work item grids in Jira Align, you can share your page view, including the sidebar settings and applied filters with others. To share a page with other Jira Align users:
- Click the Share button at the upper-right of the page.
- A dialog box displays with the page URL. Copy the URL by clicking Copy link
, or you can copy it manually from the text field.
- Share the link with as many users as you’d like! The view they see will apply all page-level filters and sidebar settings they have permission to use. They can also save the page filters to easily reference them later.
