These features for 10.128 were released to environments on the continuous release track on December 20, 2023, in version 10.128.0. The features will then be released to environments on the bundled release track on January 5, 2024, in version 10.128.2:

Roadmaps: Program increment required for all custom room views

We’ve updated the roadmaps page when viewing a custom room to improve performance and response times. Now, the Month by Quarter view will require at least one program increment selection in the sidebar to display data. This change only applies when accessing roadmaps from a custom room context.

Jira connector: Fields moved to Field management tab

We’re continuing to improve the field mapping experience for additional fields. In this version, more feature field mappings were moved from the Jira Setup tab to the new Field management tab on the Jira Settings page:

• MMF
• Portfolio ask date
• Start/initiation date

The two date fields can only be mapped to Jira Software Date picker type fields.

The MMF field can only be mapped to the following Jira Software field types:

• Radio buttons
• Select list (single choice)

Both Yes and No Jira Align MMF values must be mapped to values in Jira Software for items to sync.

Azure DevOps connector: Story type mappings

You can now sync Azure DevOps work item types with Jira Align story types. There is a new Story type mappings section under Items > Story. Up to five Azure DevOps work item types can be synced with Jira Align as stories of the mapped type.

For the initial rollout, the Type mapping section and the Azure DevOps Item Type field have been removed and the new Story type mapping has been pre-populated with the Jira Align Default Type (from the Type mapping section) and mapped to the Azure DevOps Item Type value.

To support the recently announced removal of API version 1.0, our teams have created a migration guide. Review the guide to learn about the steps you need to take as part of changing over to API version 2.0.

New navigation menu and homepage improvements

• A multi-solution filter was added to Roadmaps when accessed through the Enterprise or Solution menu.
• A release vehicle filter was added to the Roadmaps Release Vehicle view.
• The following reports were added to the Reports section of the listed sidebar menus:
  • Action Items Report - Portfolio, Solution, Program
  • Card Distribution - Enterprise

  • Epic Scheduling - Portfolio

Quality module: Confirmed and upcoming object removals

In version 10.121.3, we removed the summary pages within the Quality module, while references to some objects remained.

In upcoming versions, we plan to complete our work, and fully remove references and links to the following:

• 10.129.0: Test cases
• 10.130.0: All database backup tables for any quality pages and objects

Defect fixes

The list of defect fixes will be updated to reflect changes in weekly maintenance releases. You can see the contents of individual maintenance releases in the Supplemental Release Notes section.
