Users in Jira Align have their own profile. To edit your profile, select your avatar in the top navigation bar and then select Profile.
The information you find here about the user is described in the following table.
Note: The supported graphic formats for the avatar are .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .bmp. You can upload a picture of any size, but crop it to 160 x 200 pixels.

Change Password |
The ability to change the user's current password. The password should be at least 8 characters long, contain at least 1 numeric character and at least 1 uppercase character. |
Account Details |
The organizational information about the user, such as the user ID, external ID, email, manager, contractor manager if applicable, approver, cost center, title, and region/city. You can also generate an API token from here. For version 1.0 of the API, Jira Align uses an API Token over HTTP Basic Authentication. For the API 2.0, Jira Align supports bearer authentication using an API token. The Update Preferences button takes you to the preferences page where you can configure your custom settings across the application. |
Your Network |
The user's connections in the application to other active Jira Align users (the count of those connections is displayed at the top of the page). |
Skill Sets |
The skills the user has and their evaluation. |
Teams and Roles |
The teams that the users belong to and the system and team roles they have, as well as the programs which they are associated with. |
