Jira Align requires signing both the SAML response and the assertion. If you use Azure, configure the settings below.
To turn on both a signed response and assertion in Azure:
- In Azure, go to All Services > Enterprise Applications > All applications > Single sign-on.
- Under SAML Signing Certificate, select the Show advanced certificate signing settings check box.
- From the Signing Option drop-down menu, select the Sign SAML response and assertion option.
- From the Signing Algorithm drop-down menu, select the SHA-256 option.
- Click Save.
