Enterprise Insights release notes for 11.9.X

Jira Align's Enterprise Insights (EI) version 11.9 was deployed to environments on the continuous release track on February 28, 2025. It will then be deployed to environments on the bundled release track on March 15, 2025. The following changes are included in version 11.9:

Release highlights

In version 11.9, the following changes were made:

Enhancements and features:

• New MAP to Dependency to Tag views in the current_dw and export_dw schemas have been added to support the new dependency tags released in Jira Align version 11.7.

Bug fixes:

• JIRAALIGN-8020: Values for Estimate Float Value and Estimate Integer Value columns in the Epic Forecast view were stored as team week values when the Estimation Method column indicated member weeks or points.
• JIRAALIGN-7885: Team ID and Program ID columns in the Jira Board view were duplicate columns of the FK Team ID and FK Program ID columns.
• JIRAALIGN-7475: 0 - Pending Approval state wasn't captured on the [Jira State Object Mapping]Feature Release view.
• JIRAALIGN-7860: The FK Capability ID column in the Dependency view was misspelled as 'FK Capabilty ID'Announcements.
• JIRAALIGN-7257: When updating the Health values in custom rooms in the Jira Align UI, the data wouldn't update in Enterprise Insights until the full EI load. which occurs once per day.
• Data type for the Answer Score column in the Capability Value and Epic Value views (current_dw and export_dw schema) were stored as integer and not as float, which resulted in discrepancies with the Jira Align UI when calculating value score.
• JIRAALIGN-8108: When a portfolio was set up to use points for estimating, null values would display in both the Estimate Float Value and the Estimate Integer Value for program estimates. This fix was completed as part of a hotfix.
• JIRAALIGN-8135: Enterprise Insights: Error after version upgrade to v11.9.1.3508
  Note: This fix was completed as part of an on-premise hotfix.

Coming soon

 In release 11.10, the Lean UX Canvas column in the Epic view (current_dw and export_dw) will be removed. We recommend that you update your reports before the change.
