Visualize roadmaps in briefing view

The Briefing view is a set of filters used to view the roadmap specifically for a certain customer. Briefing provides a streamlined process for building customer-specific reports to quickly view your roadmaps as work being done for a customer. Here, you can see only objects that are related to the chosen customer. For example, you know the date of the feature release, but this way you can get to know when this functionality will be enhanced for a specific customer. If you do not have any customers set, the page prompts you to add your customers.

To navigate to the roadmap briefing view:

  1. Navigate to the roadmaps page.
  2. Ensure that the correct entity is selected on the sidebar, then select a PI from the Program Increment dropdown on the sidebar.
Note: You can select a custom PI range under Select Range or a date range under Quick Selects.
  3. Select either Work, Program Increment, or Release Vehicle view, depending on your needs.
  4. From the Briefing drop-down menu, select a customer or start typing the name of the customer to filter the list.
Note: Access to the Roadmaps Briefing view is controlled by the system permission Professional Roadmaps, which can be found on the roles page under Additional Options. Click Exit Briefing to return to the WorkProgram Increment, or Release Vehicle view accordingly.
