If you forgot your password and cannot sign in to Jira Align, you can reset your password. You can also use this procedure if your account is locked because of too many invalid login attempts.
To reset a password:
- Go to the Jira Align login page.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Under Password Reset Request, type your email address and the characters you see in the picture in the corresponding boxes.
Note: If the characters are hard to decipher, click the refresh icon to see a new picture. - Click Submit.
An email with further instructions is sent to the specified email address. Contact your administrator if you did not receive an email.
