New Enhancements

  • Remove stories: You now have the ability to remove stories from a dependency.
  • Create stories inline: You now have the ability to create a story inline on dependencies.
  • Need By drop-down menu improvement: Sprint and Date values have been added to the Need By drop-down menu.
  • Enhanced messaging: Dependency messaging has been enhanced so that when you select Commit To, you have the sprints/dates available for selection OR you are told why you cannot select a target sprint.
o If you cannot select a target sprint, you have the ability to resolve the issue by pulling out the PI panel and adding sprints to the PI (assuming you have the correct permissions).
  • Workflow to select PI first: When creating a dependency, you now MUST select a PI first. After selecting the PI, you cannot select a work item (to tie to the dependency) that is outside the selected PI.
  • Usability on Requestor field: The Requestor field now only shows teams/programs tied to the selected work item:
o Teams under the Program tied to the Feature or
    o Program(s) assigned to the Capability/Epic
o The Requested field can show teams or programs regardless of PI or work item selection.
  • Alerts when selecting teams outside a PI: If you select a team or Program outside the PI, you are now notified by an alert.
  • Enhanced filters for Depends On team: When associating a story to a dependency, the available stories in searchable select are only related to the selected Depends On team.
o If a Depends On Program is selected, it is filtered by PI.
  • Status improvements tied to Program Board: If No Work Required is selected, the dependency no longer requires stories or a Commit By option to show green on Program Board or grid. Items now show green on Program Board once marked as No Work Required.
  • Expanded ability to select PIs: The PI selection when creating a dependency is no longer limited to the context configuration.
o The rest of the dependency filtering is still driven off that PI selection.

Program Board

  • Program Board mouse over: Mouse-over capability has been added back to the Program Board, enabling users to quickly scan features without having to click each individual object.

Issues Grid

  • Display Program column: Program has been added to the list of columns available for display in the Issues grid.
  • Filter by Programs: Program has been added to the list of attributes available to filter within the Issues grid.

Customer Love Defect Fixes

  • Risk notifications included text for old AgileCraft URL. This issue has been corrected.
  • 10X removed planned & actual velocity from team room. This information has been added back in.
  • Unable to select Parent Program while creating Program. Now, if a Parent Program is not eligible for selection based, a dialog box appears explaining the user why.
  • Allow the Scope Change report to be linked to from the Checklist item. This report can now be included in a checklist.
  • Inaccurate message on the Capabilities import validation dialog box. Messaging on the Capabilities import has been corrected and error messages are no longer incorrectly appearing when the import works correctly.
  • Resolved issue where the Program Increment drop-down filter did not include the Unassigned Backlog selection option, preventing users from assigning orphan features to parent epics.
  • Fixed an issue with external dependencies where the external dependency name was not displayed in the grid.
  • Fixed an issue where the context menu filters were not applying to dependency trend reports.
  • Fixed an issue where the mouse-over functionality on the Program Board was disabled. A new mouse-over function has been introduced.
  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to assign tasks to themselves.
  • Fixed an issue where users with start date > 30 days in the past were throwing errors upon import. While this is correct behavior for organizations with time tracking enabled, this option should not have been in place for non-time tracking customers. This issue has been resolved.
  • Fixed an issue in the backlog where if you tried to move a feature using the Move To functionality to a new ranked location, it would disappear. This issue has been resolved.
  • Fixed an issue where setting the No Work Required to Yes still required the user to populate the Committed By date and created erroneous warnings on the Program Board. That field is now optional and the Program Board is returning correct results.

Defect Areas Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where a dialog box appeared for JIRA board editing instead of slide-out. The correct slide-out now appears.
  • Fixed an issue where the Delete option was not available on the slide-outs for both projects and boards. The Delete option is now available in both locations.

  • Fixed an issue where searching for owner did not show correct data when the filter was applied.
  • Fixed an issue where names with long character strings did not correctly display on the screen.

  • Fixed an issue where clicking the Open Epic button opens a new epic screen instead of the current Epic details.
  • Fixed an issue where story disappeared from the list when moving to a specific position using the Move To Position option in the unassigned story backlog.

  • Fixed an issue where an error message was incorrectly appearing when a user clicked the Add Acceptance Criteria button.

  • Fixed an issue where capabilities were erroneously appearing in the Epic drop-down menu.
  • Fixed an issue where the Delivery Date filter was erroneously populated with the Need By date instead of the Committed By date resulting in incorrect filtered results displaying in the Dependency grid.
  • Fixed an issue with external dependencies where the external dependency name was not displayed in the grid.
  • Fixed an issue where setting the No Work Required option to Yes still required the user to populate the Committed By date. That field is now optional, and the Program Board is returning correct results.
  • For external dependencies, fixed an issue where the Commit By field was asking for a sprint, not a date selection. It now asks for a date.
  • When the dependency is Done and the user makes that state change, it now persists, turns green and reflects Done. Previously, when a user had selected Done and saved, it reverted back.

Skills Assessment:

  • Fixed an issue where a new skill was not correctly displaying in the Skill Set list.

Edit Epic:

  • Fixed an issue where a Whoops error was displayed after clicking any drop-down's headers in the Apply Filters area. The page is now correctly refreshed.

  • Fixed an issue where clicking Columns Shown on the Goals page resulted in an immediate closing of the dialog box. The dialog box now remains open.

Kanban Board:

  • Fixed a minor issue where values displayed in the audit log were incomplete or displayed incorrectly. The full name of the owner is now displayed, the team name is now displayed instead of the Team ID, quotes are no longer doubled, and state mapping is displayed separately.
  • Fixed an issue where a 500 Internal Server error was displayed when clicking the Lean Analytics button.
  • Fixed an intermittent issue where cards could not be moved from the backlog or archive section to another column on the board.

Program Increments:

  • Fixed an issue where all slide-outs were closed when the user clicked the close icon. Now only the top-level slide-out is closed.
  • Fixed an issue where selecting a value from the Program Increment Shipped In field that contained quotation marks resulted in errors once the PI was saved.
  • Fixed an issue where, if a value with over 300 characters was entered into the anchor date field, the system would generate an error. The anchor date field is now limited to 50 characters.
  • Fixed an issue where values enclosed in double quotes in the Program Increment # and Program Increment Name fields would disappear. All values now appear as expected.
  • Fixed an issue where the search feature was not correctly working when a filter set was applied. Search now correctly works regardless of filtered data set.

  • Fixed an issue where an error message would appear whenever a user accessed the Risks page.
