Assessment results are viewed in the form of a spider/radar chart--a two-dimensional chart displaying the answers to the assessments questions, in the form of the 0-5 number ranking assigned to each answer in the answer set, represented on axes starting from the same point.
Each question in the assessment is represented by individual axes which have been arranged radially around the chart. The value of each answer is depicted by the node (anchor) on the spoke (axis), which is the 0-5 number ranking assigned to each answer in the answer set. A line is drawn connecting the data values for each spoke.
Important: At least one participant must submit assessment answers for the results to display.
Viewing Assessment Results
To view assessment results in the spider/radar chart, follow these steps:
- From the Assessments landing page, select the assessment results to view in the Assessment Results panel. You can only view results for assessments that you created. Clicking on the link to an assessment's results opens the Assessment Results page displaying the spider/radar chart.
- On the right side of the page, select your filters, such as viewing the results for all participants or a single user, view by category or questions, or view separate or rolled-up (averaged) scores. Also on the right side, a list of users displays along with a color legend. Toggle users on and off by clicking their name in the list.
- On the top-left of the page, choose the assessment dates that you want to view, if multiple runs were scheduled.
- Examine the chart to see which questions have similar answer values or if there are any outliers amongst each question. See which questions are scoring high or low within a dataset.
