At the end of a sprint, each team member receives an email with survey questions. You can have three answers for each question.
These are the three survey questions:
- Name a thing that we should continue doing.
- Describe something that we should stop doing.
- List one thing that we should start doing.
Enable this survey on the program increments page:
If you’re using the new navigation:
- Select Programs in the top navigation bar and select the program you want to view information about.
- On the sidebar, select More items in the list of options.
- Select Program increments; the program increments page displays.
If you’re using the old navigation:
- Select Program from the left Nav menu.
- Under the Manage section, select Program Increments; the program increments page displays.
To enable this survey:
- On the program increments page, select the necessary PI from the grid.
- Scroll down the PI slide-out panel, expand details, and then select the necessary survey from the Survey Template drop-down menu.
Note: Only the surveys created on the Surveys page and marked as a survey template appear in the Survey Template drop-down menu. - Click Save & Close.
After running a survey, you can view the survey results from the retrospective surveys page:
If you’re using the new navigation:
- Select Teams in the main navigation bar and select the team you want to view information about.
- On the sidebar, select More pages in the list of options.
- Select Retrospective surveys; the retrospective surveys page displays.
- From the Retro Survey dropdown menu, select the survey to view.
If you’re using the old navigation:
Select Team from the left Nav menu.
Under the Team section, select Retrospective Surveys; the retrospective surveys page displays.
From the Retro Survey dropdown menu, select the survey to view.
